Maui Beach House is situated less than 50 yards from some of the most picturesque beaches. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom residence accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom features an open-air design with a private lanai, a queen bed, and a jacuzzi. The main floor includes a spacious living area, a queen Hawaiian futon, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a walk-in shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, a television, and a full separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Basic cable and Wi-Fi services are provided.

Guests can enjoy fabulous sunsets directly from the lanai and take advantage of a variety of ocean activities conveniently located just steps away, including bodyboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and leisurely coastal walks. This duplex is positioned off the beach amidst a meticulously maintained landscape, which is ideal for shared barbecuing. The views of the ocean and the West Maui mountains are truly breathtaking, while the landscaping between the two properties ensures desirable privacy.

Visitors can indulge in the lush lawns, barbecuing, and sunsets accompanied by cocktails right from their lanai. The pleasant mid-afternoon trade winds and surrounding trees provide a comfortable atmosphere, thereby eliminating the need for air conditioning. Numerous restaurants, fast food outlets, shops, and bars are within walking distance. The property is centrally located in Kihei, with several golf courses nearby, including one approximately 0.8 miles away. The Maui Ocean Center offers miniature golf, and snorkeling trips depart daily from Maalaea Harbor, a mere 15 minutes away.
