"The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room."

Five beds in a single room, with wallpaper peeling off, and all sorts of weird attempts at “renovation.” For the price, could be good for five backpackers. "Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt. "
