「Great customer service 」

「The rooms have European standards, and the hotel is small and intimate. A real gem! Highly recommended! Good security, on site parking for free. The rooms are spacious and clean, but of course; this is Tanzania, so hot water and wifi might not be top notch at all times, so don't rely on the wifi for work for example. Benson at the reception was very helpful, and works as a concierge if you need to. Don't think twice - book this one, I'll book it for my next trip to Moshi for sure! 」

「We loved staying at Kibo Palace. Everyone was very supportive of our every need. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They tried very hard to anticipate our wants. The chefs fixed oatmeal for breakfast and made me very happy. 」

「I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside....

「This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place」

「Excellent value for price. Stayed with wife and two kids. All enjoyed. It was a fun experience. It is a hostel so keep that in mind, but clean, very friendly, and food was really tasty. Would stay there again.」

「When or if I go back to moshi, this will be the place I will stay. Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. Those who run the place are also very pleasant and helped me secure a ride back to the airport for a good price so I didn’t have to haggle anyone outside, which is exhausting.
