Great property for your trip to OBX!

First timers to OBX, this was a great property. Clean and safe with kayaks and paddle board, ping pong and foosball, kids had a blast!

Beautiful place in quiet community

We absolutely loved our stay at this property!House was as advertised and very nice.I have just a couple complaints…. First, the comforters and pillows that match comforters we NOT washed at all! Only the sheets… this was not acceptable and could smell how old / dirty they are. Second, it would be great if the cleaners when they arrive could also sweep off furniture on decks from spider webs etc…. ALOT of webs and spiders especially at night.Other than that the place was absolutely fabulous and I would definitely recommend it and even come back myself again. Enjoyed the week!

Come for the beach, stay for the bugs (and the joy of making your own beds!)This house catfished us hard. The pictures promised “beachy and serene,” but what we got was more like “humid thrift shop meets bug convention.”The central AC? Not working. Instead, we got a symphony of loud window units that weren’t sealed properly, so the mosquitoes, gnats, and summer air just waltzed right in. One bedroom was so humid, I checked twice to make sure we weren’t sleeping in a terrarium.The layout made no sense, the TV was mounted high enough to cause neck strain, and the décor looked like someone panic-shopped a clearance bin at TJ MAX. The outdoor space could have been great... if you enjoy cobwebs, grime, and the soothing whir of plastic fans and compressors, from the central air and window units. The provided paddle board is crumbling and should be marked a hazard.Oh, and surprise! You get to make all your beds upon arrival. Nothing says "vacation" like washing five coverlets (we couldnt tell if they had been cleaned) while unpacking and trying to wrangle kids and dinner. Honestly, I can do that at home for free, the bed info was buried in several email novels you are expected to read. The rental company was responsive especially regrding an network speed issue and an important call, but putting painters tape did nothing for the bugs. The beach and pool are not as close as they appear, and bring cash to use the pool. The price was too high for a bar so low.

The property was in a good location. It was everything we hoped it would be. It was very convenient to things to see in the area. I would definitely recommend this property.
