When we opened the door the pungent smell hitted us from inside. Couldn't decide if it was a cigerette smell or what kind of smell it was. When we got back home all of our personal belongings smelled very strongly of this smell. We had to leave the windows open and the sliding glass door the entire time. We needed to use the washing machine for a shirt and when we opened the lid of the washer it was FULL of long black dog hair. It was stuck to all the walls of the washing machine and the drum of it. The bed my friend slept in had white sheets with a yellow stain up close to the top that looked more like a urine stain because it was not a filled-in spot. The decorative pillows in the living room have yellow stains. The rug in the living room is in bad condition. Dog chewed blind in master bedroom. The balcony was very dirty with a lot of spider webs with spiders. The white table and chairs on the balcony was filthy and they do not leave you any cleaning supplies in this unit. The kitchen is not well stocked if you like to cook. There was not any baking pans or sheet pans if you want to cook cookies, cook a pizza, or warm up food etc. There is not a blow dryer and no salt, pepper, or even a K-Cup for the coffee maker. Mattresses hurt our backs. It is a shame because the unit is nicely built. I reached out to the KEES Property Management Co who oeversees this property on our second day and was told someone would come by, in which no one did. Great views and convenient location.
