Some hiccups, but overall great vacation
I wish there had been more direction about the property. Due to a flight delay, we got in late at night. It was past 11 pm when we arrived at the property. For The life of me I could not find how to get into the unit. The garage to the unit was obvious as it was well lit up but there were no key pads associated. It was really late and we were exhausted from traveling all day. We ended up driving to a hotel and paying to stay there the night because we were desperate for sleep. I called the associated phone number but the associate could only tell me the info that had been given to her about the unit. She reported it was a ground unit(which is not true). The next AM, in the light of day I found that the entrance to the unit was on the 2nd floor. The next issue was the internet/TV. It wouldnt work. I again called For help and someone came out right away. After more than an hour, it was fixed. That lasted about a day and a half and then it was out for the rest of our stay. That was kind of a bummer because we like to unwind with a little tv before bed. Lastly , there was directions to take the trash out to the parking lot before checking out. However, there were no trash bins in the parking lot. I wish there had been more directions and details in the welcome email. We figured out on our own where the pool was. There was also a “pier access code” on the welcome email but I have no idea what that was for.
Despite these issues, we actually had a good vacation.
