Beautiful location

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is cozy and nice, and it has everything you need. The view is amazing and the location, being on the top floor and with stairs directly to the beach, is just perfect. We would definitely come back next time we visit OBX.

It has even aged with us with the addition of the luggage lift & walk in showers! Even during Covid, the location across from Goombays was great for takeout or the evenings you don’t have a DD. Plus Food Lion & Publix are around the block. Wrights Bros Memorial is just as near. Best of all, it’s only a few yards to the beach & the balcony view is fantastic!!!

Great location, wonderfully appointed and labeled. This is where you want to stay! Our first trip to OBX and we were just about in the middle of north to south. We went fromCorolla to Ocracoke on day trips. Beach was awesome and the residence is just fabulous on the inside. All pictures in listing are accurate and current.

We absolutely loved this condo and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The views are amazing from the top floor, on the ocean side and the land side. The deck is spacious and being able to walk right down onto the beach was so amazing! The interior of the condo was immaculate. The overall location was great and everything we wanted to see and do was a short distance away. Goombays across the street has great food as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous, well appointed and updated condo with beautiful oceanfront views out of several large windows and from the expansive back deck. Contemporary yet traditional decor celebrating local artists which we appreciated. Like a mini art gallery! Easy access to the beach right out of the back. Shower stations on the property to rinse off after the beach, and a very helpful cargo lift were nice amenities. The central location made it easy to do all of the day trips to other points of interest and made our first trip to OBX one to cherish and dream of coming back next year! Property management team was easy to work with and extremely responsive. Nothing not to like here!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very beach-y and clean. It's well stocked with all amenities for cooking in. Top floor has a perfect view of all surroundings. The deck has sunshine in the morning through mid afternoon. Three tv's can be watched at any times without interfering with each other. The elevator lift for suitcases is slow moving, but a perfect addition for bringing this to the third floor. Showers are great! Outdoor shower spot for cleaning off the sand is convenient. The couches are a bit stiff for long term seating. The layout of the condo is breezy and I felt like I was living in luxury for the week. I WILL go again.
