Great accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Soiree. The location was great with direct and easy access to the beach. The living space was also very nice and having en suites in each bedroom was very convenient.

We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Sunset Soiree at the Tides B1 rental! The house was modern and well put together, with comfortable beds and a heated pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The ice fridge at the wet bar and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking/ gathering easy. The sleek, high-end furniture was a nice touch. The location was super close to the beach, and the umbrella and chair setup made our trip hassle-free. The included text service was incredibly helpful, when we had an issue with the elevator, they responded quickly and sent someone out right away. The text concierge made check-in and other questions throughout our stay very easy. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Perfect OBX Vacation Spot!

Could not have asked for a better house! Everything was clean and the house was beautiful! The beach access was so close and made everything very convenient. The complimentary chairs & umbrella set up at the beach was such a nice touch!! The location of the house is great - close to so many shops & restaurants. Check-in and check-out processes were so easy! Would absolutely book this house again!
