「The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. 「Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so.
