「The unit was clean and acceptable except for the check-in process. With no on site office or person to help, we were lost. I realize there was info online as to how to access our unit , I only had my phone so print was tiny, lock box was not easy to access and to make it worse, it was dusk and raining. Only due to a helpful young man, were we able to get into the building. He was not impressed either.」

「The check-in process was terrible. We were not aware there would be no one available. It took over an hour to actually reach someone on the phone who could help us and give us instructions for access. It was very frustrating! Once we were inside we really liked the place and underground parking was very convenient. We could not get the TV’s to work.
