"A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links.
The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London."

"It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!"

"The first room they gave me the AC was broken
In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately
The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred
So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack... "
