“Good aspects of this property.Location, updated unit and assigned parking. Unit was listed as 2 bedroom 1 bath. Happily the property had 1 and 1/2 baths.Bad aspects of the unit. I asked for the physical address of unit prior to the rental.I did not receive the response for 6 weeks.I asked where the thermostat for the heating and air was located because we were very cold on level 1 and 2.I received a vague answer that it was “typically in the hall or living room “ the response was not specific or……

“Magnolia Hideaway was charming and perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining, but we ate out a lot! Great location — many restaurants, music spots, and breweries within walking distance. Dan and Scott were very communicative and gave great guidance on where to go and what to see. We loved having a glass of wine on the balcony and looking at the water and shopping at their store downstairs!”

“We liked this rental and it was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private community beach located a 5-minute drive away from the property. I did want to mention a couple things I found surprising based on the listing. One is that the listing says it has ‘dock access.’ This is not accurate. The house sits on a small lake. There are stairs that go down to a DECK on the water. There is no dock, and swimming and boating are prohibited in the lake. I think calling it a dock implies that you……
