「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「Stayed here for an extended period while working in the area. Easily accessible to Quantico, good parking, clean, large tv for viewing sports or movies. No oven but does have microwave and all the other necessities.Alphonse was very responsive to messages and provided cleaning service as needed. Would book again next trip in the area.」

We absolutely loved our time together at this cozy getaway and can't wait to go back! 「The property condition and location were awesome. The problem was that there was a bar next door that played live music until midnight . I personally go to bed between 10:00 and 11: 00. Both me and my guests were unable to enjoy our rest due to this. You couldn't just hear the music you could feel it in your bed while you're trying to sleep. Not to mention all the traffic that was in the parking lot of the condo from The bar next door. Will definitely visit colonial Beach Virginia again but not...

「We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us.
