“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“When I first arrive at the rental the door battery was dead so I had to book a hotel. The property is also under construction so while I was taking a nap and my fiancé was in the shower maintenance let themselves in. The property does not at all look like the listing as there are unfinished projects. The ceiling drywall is missing, the pedestal sink in bathroom isn’t secure as well as the toilet.”

“Perfect location and perfect property! The condo was great for our anniversary! The furnishings and amenities were top notch! We would go back again 100%. Recommend renting a golf cart. All of the places to eat are locally owned supporting small business in this community is a great feeling! The owner was so great to communicate with, so very helpful! ”
