“Excellent communication as well as excellent property location. The rooftop view of the bridge and the river is something else for sure! You can't beat that view with a morning cup of coffee! We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and everything was amazing!”

“Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. ”

“We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit……

“The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.……

“This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.”
