“This house was perfect for our weekend in! The fenced yard made it so easy to have our fur babies with us. Everything was in great condition and the house had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back.”

The lake looked very nice but unfortunately it was a little cold for us to fish. Any time I messaged the owner it wasn’t long that they responded. I loved the area and the home ices perfect. When we got to the house it was about 1030pm - the door with the key pad to get into the house, the screen door was locked…..I sent a message to let the host know that we were there but unable to get in. I never received a response back. I only received the automated check in and out messages - I didn’t have a phone number for the host - my husband was able to somehow get the door opened so we could get to the keypad to unlock the door - other……

“The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt……
