Gorgeous home with everything you need!

This house, and the views, are gorgeous. Took a girls trip and it was our first time in Lake Tahoe. The house met all our needs and wants. It was very clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The hot tub was so relaxing in the backyard which was quite the oasis. The views from the front porch were stunning. We went in early August and watched the sunrise and sun sets and both were phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is close enough to town but also didn’t feel like we were “in town.” The only thing I would say is important to know is the driveway is short and STEEP. Personally I think it would be hard to get 2 large cars on the top but I’m sure it has been done. We had a small SUV and had no issues but if you are renting cars, just be smart about what you pick ;) 10/10 would recommend this house!

Nice home

Overall, the house is lovely. However, the driveway barely fit two vehicles and is very steep and narrow. Also, there was no indication that the owners requested no shoes to be worn inside the home. Upon arrival there were multiple signs to communicate that at the entrances. For most people that wouldn’t be a problem, however my husband relies on wearing his shoes to walk steadily. About our stay. We visited during a hot week for Tahoe (88 degrees) so it was great to use the box fans provided. The ground floor was very cool (think finished basement) temp, second floor moderate temp, and third floor (bedrooms) was hot. Those fans really helped! There were some small things that were funky: bathroom doors don’t lock, larger bedroom door doesn’t shut without a lot of force, water from fridge comes out very slow. All manageable. Things that were great: shuffle board on ground floor, nice kitchen and full size fridge, nice size front deck with lake view.

Spider Nightmare

For what should have been a fun and exciting family vacation, turned out to being a nightmare from the very start. The driveway is so incredibly steep and opens up at an angle, causing both our cars to be scraped under their entire underbodies. Though the house was advertised as having AC in popular amenities, it most certainly does NOT. Reached out to customer care/property mngr and they said it was listed as having no AC but was actually listed there to show that it’s a popular amenity within the neighborhood. I call it, false advertisement. Additionally, no alternate parking is available within the neighborhood due to driveway conditions/concerns. House was riddled with cob web, black widows, wolf spiders and egg nests throughout..bedrooms, beds, headboards, baseboards, ceilings and couches. My family and I felt like we were living Ant Smasher the game, but the spider version. I was on the phone with a supervisor for the majority of our 2nd day living in our spider nightmare insisting that we were moved due to constant spider pop scares. Best feeling ever..leaving this spider infested house for what turned out to being the best move ever! Finally, my family and I were able to begin our vacation in peace without constantly killing spiders. I DO NOT recommend this house for all the above reasons I’ve provided. Truly unfortunate experience! I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Beautiful Lakeview home

Great view! All items inside the house ready to use just like home, including appliances, kitchen and bed/bath rooms etc. have TV available at living room and all bedrooms. Location also convenient to Lake Tahoe and all other popular destinations. The only reason I gave a four star is the driveway access in front of the house is too steep to climb up for most vehicles, in winter that does not make our trip more fun.

Nice View - Clean modern place

Nice view and modern and clean. Loved the shuffleboard. Saw the largest black bear at 9:15 pm (heard footsteps of crushed leaves and branches out the kitchen window) off of the deck between the home on the left (when facing the place).
