To be honest not sure how this property gets a 9.0 on Expedia, clearly there is a way to manipulate the system. Best thing about this property is the price which is very good but that does not make up for its short falls. Exterior of the building looking a bit rundown and not in a very nice part of town. Very suspect people in the area at night, I would be very cautious. Building on an extremely busy road and only has single glazed windows which makes it very noisy even into the early hours of the night and morning. Room was nicely decorated for the price and room had high ceilings and a fire place. Unfortunately the stairs into the toilet were so steep into I would consider them dangerous and I had to be extremely careful when going down them. One other issue is there is no receptionist or staff at the property, everything is done by text message and codes for the door locks. Also if you don't like flat hard pillows I would suggest you bring your own. If you want cheap but in a building with more character than a premier inn then this could be your place. It was clean and had most of things you would need. I do not agree with the rating of 9.0 its more like 7.0 or even less if you dont like a lot of road noise.

Expedia price was £73 but charged £78. "Shared bathroom" yep shared between 13 double rooms. Only reason to pay this and stay there is lack of alternative.

Hard to find the parking - there were 2 conflicting addresses. Very steep narrow stairs three flights up - not ideal with a heavy bag. Double bed against the wall so one person couldn’t easily get out. Ridiculously small shower.
