The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots.

Very stylish but homely; rooms large and individual. Staff were welcoming and friendly - that great balance of formality/informality which so many places don’t quite achieve. Great quality food at breakfast and good beer in the evening. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Well done the whole team!

Start with the bad end with the good Bad couldn't find a way to turn off the towel rail... Thats it! Everything else was amazing it was like the owners had traveled and written things that other places had missed. They have thought of everything. I really enjoyed my stay here the food was great! best burger I have had in a long time. The Staff are all lovely. Would defia=nately stay again

Excellent service. Good we wasn’t keen on but glad we tried it. Breakfast was amazing. ! Small fault with room door. Reported it and as we left they were fixing it ! Outstanding.

Amazing place to stay
This is our second stay here at the Ffolkes! We stayed in The Mews room this time. Wow what an amazing room the bath and walk in shower was a treat! Lovely comfortable bedding. The only tiny things we had to feed back was our outside terrace light stayed on all night and there could do with a separate switch to the toilet! This did not affect our stay and will 100% be back!

Brilliant stay, our room was perfect, exceptionally clean, wonderful bedding, luxury complimentary toiletries, well stocked coffees, teas, shortcake and fresh milk daily.

A lovely place to stay with great food. We stayed in a dog friendly courtyard room and the only negative is the lack of a grassed area nearby to take the dogs to the toilets. Opening one of the gates outside the rooms would be a great idea, so you dont have to go through the often crowded indoor area to get to the car park/grass.

Another night away
Having eaten at this hotel before I thought I’d give the rooms a go. Very nice decor - bedside lights are a bit high but a table lamp Is provided. Plenty of parking and good breakfast. But the outside light was on all night adjacent to my door and window. This made the room a bit bright for my liking. So didn’t have the best nights sleep.

Better than it looks.
The rooms look poor from outside, but inside they have everything you need and are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a wide choice and everything cooked nicely.
