「The room was cleaner than most motels in Sydney. However, the AC was very loud and noisy, so it had to be turned off before sleeping. In addition, the AC remote did not have functional batteries installed, so I had to replace them with the ones in the TV remote. Thankfully, they worked.」
「We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were also a great bonus.
