"Breakfast was a nice addition. Plenty of options, space, and accessible/friendly staff. Parking was plenty and very well lit. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The entire stay was pleasant; would definitely stay again."

"Host Ryan was super! Property was an older house but renovated an very nice. All new hardwood floors and meticulously clean. All new appliances with everything you will need, including washer & dryer! Great location and quiet. Worked great for our Sun N Fun visit to Lakeland. I would stay there in a heartbeat!!!"

"This is a wonderful house that is super convenient with a great host. Grocery stores, restaurants, Target, Walmart and many other chain stores are within several minutes. While the property is dog friendly, don't be concerned about a doggy-smell. There wasn't one. I am a little picky and will judge a property based on, among many things, bath towels. These are not the low end, rough, thin towels that many rentals provide. Lots of other things in the house are of higher quality as well. They get high marks for that. We would highly recommend this house and will not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Jessica, for the hospitality."
