国王沃尔登度假短租

“We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside……

“Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels”

“Convenient for Luton, Luton Parkway, Airport and town centre. Apartment had appropriate furnishings and adequate equipment and was clean and tidy.”

“The property was clean, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. The hostess is amazing! 1 in a million. She was available at the end of a phone. She decorated the front room with a happy birthday banner and balloons and made me feel very special. Amaz”

“日本 我的家鄉 當然好”

“I and my family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, Host was very welcoming, amenities were wonderful, communication was very effective and efficient. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a……

“Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed.”

“The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be……

“The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We did have an issue with a double booking on the second night of our stay, during which the second group were able to enter the house with our belongings in as you are instructed to leave the second key in the lock box. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. After this, we received no communication from the host to apologise until we contacted him.If the hosts are going……

“A bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well situated/connected place to stay & travel to/from London & surrounding areas.Samuel was contactable & always responded promptly relaying any information required both courteously & professionally.”

“Would be even more excellent with air-conditioning. The room will be heated up by the afternoon sunshine after 15:00.”

“The suite was dirty with large clumps of dust under the tables, behind the doors and beside the beds. The sofa was stained and torn. The washing machine smelt moldy. We notified the host that the floor was dirty and she sent the cleaner a second time. The floor was nearly exactly the same with huge clumps of dust and hair after the second cleaning. The host offered to send the cleaner again, but we were half way through our stay and the second clean had done nothing. Our bags were covered in……

“Le logement est tres bien agencé et tranquile. Les chambres et deux salles de bains parfait. Un balcon agréable. Facile de se garer devant. Par contre, la moquette dans tout l appartement n'est vraiment pas propre, machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas”
