When you first walk in you are just blown away by the view! The layout is so nice for a group. Perfect for multiple families with the bunk room setups. Would highly recommend if you love being on the lake!The property manager was very responsive and helpful. If I texted, he responded within 5 minutes.

We had an amazing family trip to this beautiful home. The house was the perfect layout for our family with 2 large downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies and multiple refrigerators allowed for storage of everything. The pool and lake are beautiful and we enjoyed being outside all weekend. It is easy to get to with super convenient boat ramp. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just an amazing house for a family get together. Four families, three generations with plenty of space for all to relax, play, eat and enjoy each other's company. Our grandson took a knack out every morning to fish, some slept in. Football and movies were watched, talent shies were had. Drawing, painting,arts and crafts were dine, and plenty of food prepared in the huge kitchen. Truly something for everyone.

We had a great time at this house for our girls weekend. The views are amazing. The pool is perfect! The house is big, roomy and clean. We were a group of 12 girls with more than enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

We had a great time at the house over Labor Day weekend. It is even nicer than the photos. The covered area outside now has two long wooden tables with chairs. There was room for all of us to comfortably hang out there when we weren't in the pool or the lake. It was great working with Jon. He was able to accomodate some last minute requests and we really appreciated his flexibility.

This house is amazing - even better than the pictures! Jon and Casey were extremely responsive to all of our questions, both before and after arrival. This house is well-appointed! The kitchen has everything needed to cook for and feed a large group. Plus extras such as an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, and many serving bowls and trays. There are many indoor and outdoor games available, plus a host of water toys. There are plenty of towels and blankets, and a large capacity washer and dryer that makes it easy to get laundry done quickly. We were a multigenerational group - teens, 40's, and grandparents in their 70's. We all had a great time and enjoyed different aspects of the home and lake. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great stay, supported by dedicated owners/property managers!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and four children. We enjoyed everything- from coffee on the patio overlooking the lake, water sports on the lake and pool time. The kitchen is well equipped. I recommend that you bring an extra cooler to keep ice in as there is not an ice maker. Also, the master closet is large enough to set up a pack & play for babies if you need a quiet place for a little one. The rental company is also very responsive and easy to work with. One of the cables on the boat lift broke during our stay and it was fixed within hours. We will be back and will recommend this house to our friends!

There is ample indoor and outdoor gathering space. We spent a lot of time outdoors in the pool and hot tub and just sipping drinks on the patio--great views! The house is well stocked with kitchen and bar ware--we cooked each day and every pot/pan/dish/utensil was provided. Beds and baths are well appointed; the master suite is luxurious and the bunk room boasts lights and charging stations for each bed. The entire house was spotless when we arrived. This is a good location with lots to do within driving distance. We enjoyed Luckenbach, local vineyards and hiking. Several restaurants are within walking distance from BBQ to Mexican to fresh donuts. The management company was very communicative and answered questions promptly. Any minor issue we had was resolved very quickly--which is rare. We would definitely stay here again!

The Christopher II vacation home was all we could have asked for. The house is lovely, clean with a well stocked kitchen. I was glad there were two downstairs bedrooms, one for me with sore knees and a spacious Master bedroom for my son and his wife. The rest of my family were comfortable with the 3 large upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms attached. And the view of the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise. My two sons loved kayaking around the lake, and we all had fun in the heated pool. My sons and granddaughter love doing puzzles. Over the 5 days we were there, they completed SIX puzzles supplied by the owners of the VRBO home.There is also lots to do in the surrounding area, like hiking along Inks Lake and the Lakeside Trail in Marble Falls. There is an HEB close by and lots of restaurants.My family all agreed this was the best VRBO vacation home we have stayed in. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to come back.

It was our favorite. We have a family of four children and seven adults. There is plenty of room for all. The kids love the bunk beds. The home is very attractive, and the grounds are perfectly manicured. The covered patio is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee and the beautiful sunrise if you are an early riser. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Renting a deck boat and a tube was a great way to enjoy the lake. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need. We took advantage of the grill for our dinners. We loved that the home was on the quiet part of the lake. Jon and Casey are wonderful hosts. They answered any questions we may have had promptly. We look so forward to our next stay every year. This has become an annual getaway, and we will continue this tradition for many years to come. We are already talking about our next stay. Lake LBJ and Christopher ll Is our Happy Place!!

Christopher II was a great house for our extended family trip. There are beds for everyone. A great kitchen and a wonderful outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling cramped. The house as clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need.

The house was immaculate inside, the grounds and pool were well cared for, and the boat house and dock looked brand new. We were an extended family, four couples and 5 kids and everyone had room to spread out, relax and enjoy the space. From late night fishing off the dock to coffee by the pool in the morning, to family movies in the living room to karaoke by the pool in the afternoon to just admiring the view of the Lake (the other side of the Lake is completely wild, no development at all-really special). As a family we are already planning a return trip next summer!
