Beach Stay on LBJ

The house was great for our family and pup. Everyone loved the beach and the water was the perfect depth for our young kids. Cynthia was a great host and incredibly accommodating.

Perfect Beach!

We had so much fun at Sunset Beach! The dog absolutely loved the water and playing at Llano Slab. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Peaceful location!

We stayed at this home in July and loved the location. It is the perfect spot to have private beach access and a fenced yard for our pup. We loved it so much we booked a second stay there in October. The home is very clean and has everything you need.

A wonderful lake getaway!!

We had the best time during our stay! This is a perfect spot for little ones—our kids are 1 and 4 and the beach area was so great for them! It was exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend staying here, many wonderful memories made! The house was well stocked, clean, the host was wonderful too.

Amazing location and home!

We loved our Kingsland stay and our boys (3 and 5) had an absolute blast playing on the beach. The house was clean and well kept with lots of fun amenities like toys, books and games. The views were amazing and it was very relaxing. We will be back again!

Beach Blast

This is one of the best locations in the Hill Country. It’s like Hawaii in Texas. Gorgeous place and beach with mountains in background. I cannot say enough about this location and the host Cynthia was incredible and sweet. Great time can’t wait to go back. 5 Stars all the way!!!

There werent enough blankets. There was only 1 kitchen towel. The bed and pillows were ehhh. The neighbor Mike waa suoer nice. We did like that

Great “beach” vacation

We’ve rented this home twice for an end-of-summer family getaway and plan to do so annually! Love that our dog can come too. Great house for family of 4 and love that this part of the lake is not super busy. Owner offers her direct contact information in case you need anything during your stay.

Great for kids and family

Loved the Sandy beach and that the sand extends out into the lake bed so that kids can play in the water bare footed. Good accommodations and very relaxing stay. No local TV access, but can access streaming services through Apple TV

Vacation at Sunset Beach

We absolutely loved this place!! The house is wonderful and very well equipped. The beach is beautiful and great for the kiddos to swim at!! We brought our groceries in and never left the house. It was everything the listing said it was!! We are definately booking it again next year!!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect weekend geataway space for our family! The house was clean and cozy and Cynthia was quick to answer any questions we had. We loved having our own small stretch of beach. The screened patio was fantastic for relaxing in the evening and sitting around the firepit making s'mores after the sun went down rounded out a wonderful time!

Perfect beachfront home for kids and pets!

We took two kids and two dogs and had a wonderful time. The beach is perfect for playing in the sand, swimming, and deep enough to bring / rent watercraft! The fenced back yard kept our dogs in their place, which was a nice touch. The undeveloped view across the lake / river was wonderful and we found this to be the best area on lake LBJ!

Recharge and Relaxation

The view was amazing! The house was comfortable and adequately stocked. A great place to recharge and relax! And our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in back yard! We will definitely keep this on our list of favorites.
