The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days

We try to communicate in advance, but unfortunately, we do not always get through to every guest on the first or second attempt. Unfortunately, it was not until the third attempt to communicate with you that we made contact. Pleasant Stay
The apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were a bit worn and dated.There were ac units in the bedrooms but not in the living room, dining area or kitchen which made these areas somewhat uncomfortable at times. Nevertheless, my overall stay was pleasant.

I booked this property in December for 4 nights when I got to the property the security guard wouldn’t let us in. They don’t even have a front desk. I contacted Expedia for a refund Expedia giving me the run around talking bout they have to contact the property. Now this property doesn’t even have a working phone number. So up until now I haven’t gotten my money back. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ITS A SCAM!!

Guest booked and showed up in Dec 2020 running a temperature. The guest said it was the tropical weather. The guard requested the guest sat in the AC, have a cool drink, and be scanned again. The guest was burning up! This guest clearly had a fever and we contacted Expedia who helped up to relocate the guest to a 4-star hotel who hard rooms specifically for travelers with "High Fever". It cost us $512.00 extra on top of what the guest already paid us. Expedia was not going to pay to relocate the guest nor the guest as they wanted to check in anyway with the "fever". Now the guest wants the original amount they paid to be refunded. This is not how a relocation work.

Very clean and comfortable and Mr Sheldon advised us on things in the area to day. We had a lovely dinner at a place call The Cove not too far from the apartment.

Stayed on Nov 20th because we landed in Kingston and did not want to drive to Mandeville, Flight delayed and we landed at 2am. The host was so patient and very helpful we booked with him again for 2 nights before catching the flight out of Kingston. We enjoyed the apartment and the service Sheldon provide.

The host Sheldon was professional. I had a business meeting and the flight delayed so we went straight to the meeting and did not check in until 11pm. Sheldon communicated effectively and set our expectations thoroughly and was on time to check us in and back at 6am to check us out. I would recommend this apartment to business travelers. The apartment was very clean, is seems newly renovated because all the amenities were spotless. The guard at the gate was very friendly and helped to arranging a car for us in the mornings so we could around. The property itself is a quick 2 walk away from Devon's House so the area itself is very central and safe. I was not able to walk to Bob Marley Mesuem (I dont like walking that much), because even be car it is 5 minutes but I think this is a good apartment where safety and being centrally located is concern.

The Westbury was having issues so we were put up and a Corp Condo that was excellent and everything was great except hard to get the place cooled off is the only issue.

We were disappointed when the manager came and asked us to pay more more because its in the fine print. The place was fairly clean but bathroom pipes hot water was difficult to retrieve. There was no lock box neither tv in master bedroom. My overall rating is in the middle

Was nice to be on the ground floor. AC not in living room, leaves it hot but we arranged the fan and made it bearable. Us Canadians like it COLD!! HAHA Was a nice 8 day stay. Secure and kept clean outside. HArd to get a good hot shower in the master bedroom shower, valve needs adjusting! Kitchen had sharp knives, this is great! Egg flipper has been burnt and needs to be replaced. Need a cutting board as well!

Stayed here in 2017, so it is our second visit. It was good then but it is far better now. It appear the owners have completely renovated this property. It is very very nice! Not that is wasn't nice before. My wife is very impress. Pleasant surprise for our anniversary. We try to spend every anniversary in the city where we met. The management have also improved their service. Sheldon was very professional and punctual. The apartment had all new amenities and we are very happy with the stay.

Ok after some troubled check in
Our check in was cumbersome as this isn’t a hotel but rather someone’s home. The owner wasn’t available and the door person was not very pleasant. No toiletries upon arrival so we had to put in a complaint since I had to shower with dish soap. The owner was nice and did some shopping for us, including groceries and even beer. After that incident, the stay went ok. Bed are comfortable, Internet is slow. Local area is nice.

Thank you for the review. This is not someones apartment. Perhaps this guest is not use to renting a guest apartments. It is true we are not a hotel, we operate 157+ guest apartments across the city. These apartments are not the permanent home of any individual and is meant to be rented as a guest apartment hence our name. The apartment had toiletries however the guest was partially intoxicated at check-in and we did not want him to drive. I took a small shopping list from the guest and did some shopping for him because this is who we are. We are Jamaicans and service is natural. The guest indicated he work for the world largest search engine (G**GLE) complained about the 20MB internet service. I am sorry but we cannot compete with his office internet and we hope we are not held to that standard. All in all, the guest was polite and it was a pleasure hosting him.

Apartamento bello, muy comodo, con buena conexion a internet. A pie queda un poco retirado pero en carro se consigue un supermercado cerca y area de negocio. Tiene toda la vajilla y accesorios de cocina. No incluye desayuno y no cuenta con restaurante por lo que vale mas la pena comer afuera o ir al mercado para cocinar su propia comida. El precio es un poco alto pero tal vez son los estandares de Kingston. Lo recomendaria mas para familias que para negocio de corta estadia. Los administradores son atentos y consiguen taxi dedicado.
