「The location is great. There's so much nearby within walking distance. It's an easy uber drive to Wrigley Stadium and close enought to Cloud gate and river tours. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay so it meant going up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly! They had just opened a new in house restaurant which is convenient, we just didnt get enough time to try it. 」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「I was really happy with my 6 night stay at City Suites in Chicago.The location, within walking steps of the Belmont " L:" stop is fantastic. I watched the trains come and go outside my window.But yet I was never bothered by noise coming from the trains when I was in my room.The hotel property, while it is older, has been beautifully maintained.The staff was professional.And I really appreciated the daily maid service.I forget how nice it is to have my bed made daily, fresh towels, and garbage...

「What a treasure hidden on a quiet street close to the lake and boystown. Charming facility with attentive, warm, professional staff. Parking is available for an extra fee and its well worth not searching for on street parking. It's going to be my go-to hotel from now on!」

「The room was pretty nice for the price and felt very clean. The rooftop bar had some good options for food and drinks. Location is also really nice with the park and zoo close by.」

「I think it's a little quiet, as this is a house, so sometimes there may be only one person (you) in the house at night.」

「The staff lack training in hospitality, customer service, and consideration. The photos used are misleading. The property is under scaffolding. It doesn't matter how much cleaning is done, the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas always feel gritty and sticky. This hostel is far from community-oriented with how the staff avoid greetings and acknowledgment. Most of the people who stay here also contribute to the discomfort and awkwardness.」
