The check-in was slow and tedious. Staff rude, both at front desk and pool bar. Dead cockroaches seen on walk to our room and plates with remnants of meals left in corners with flies buzzing them. Overall, the experience was a let-down.

I recently stayed at this place expecting a comfortable hotel experience, but it was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, the entire place smelled bad, and it was unbearably hot. Love the mini frig and freezer . A coffee pot or maker would have been great. Bed and pillows were firm ❤️. Air Conditioning 🥶 ❤️ Beach was less than 50ft away. Everyone was nice. Would stay again.
