I like it was close to the beach The property along the beach needs a lot of work the pool is out of service along with the bars and the front lobby was so bad it smelled so bad for a front desk area which turned me off right away.

We really liked that it was right on the seven mile beach, the greenery, nature setting, and within walking distance to a lot of eating places and entertainment venues. I liked that there were utensils, plates, cups, microwave and fridge. Suggestion: to have an electric kettle and/ or coffee maker in the room Overall it was a good experience.

Stay was good .staff was great.. room was clean and smelled good..my only concern is the glass door. I could see outside depending on the lighting so was a bit paranoid if persons could see inside if the lighting was right. Also the noise from the connection door to the other room. Its not too bad but they had kids so the crying and fussing and playing was distracting. And I could hear everyyyy conversation and im sure they could hear me.

I did have some minor issues there was no stove biggest disappointment although it was requested. The microwave did not work but someone did come and switch it out and one night the keyless entry did not work we told the guard shack and he said try it again it didn’t work we had to climb through our window to get in and not only that he wouldn’t let us drive in we had to park our car around the corner and he refused to lift the gate we had to climb under it so you can imagine a few choice words were said and I have back issues smh but other than that the front desk staff were alright so I didn’t make this review solely about the guard or a few minor appliance issues but I doubt we will come back but the house keeping were great and kept it clean so there’s that

Property was fresh and clean. Nice space for the price. The kitchen had the basics but could have used some extra cooking utensils. Towels and beach towels provided. Lots of beach chairs and loungers available. AC was quick to cool down your room. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We've already booked our next stay for August!

The staff on the grounds were nice, friendly and very responsive to issues that came up. The location was great and right on 7 mile beach. The rooms could use some updating. I did notice that one part of the complex was quiet while the other side was quite noisy. I preferred the quiet side but I had to be moved because of construction going on. I would return again if coming back to Negril.
