“Staff and rooms were nice. There is a rooftop with a bar and restaurant. Indian food was the better option. Breakfast on the rooftop is very pleasant. Rooms in the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy since the room faces the street. Overall, nice place to stay. ”

“Avoid!! Hotel in great location and should have been nice BUT.... I don't normally write reviews but this place was a nightmare from the start. On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. Refused to accept the room……

“Beautiful grounds, well-priced, extremely clean rooms and fast, efficient airport shuttle. We truly enjoyed our one night stay at Papyrus! The cuisine was also excellent and the choices were quite varied! Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help with any detail, no matter how small. Would highly recommend this guest house!!”
