"We loved our stay at Diamonds Old West! Our cabin was great and clean. The kids loved all of the activities on site for them. There are fire pits behind each cabin so bring what you’ll need for s’mores with you including the roasting sticks. They sell firewood on site but you can also bring your own. Mining and restaurants are close. Great place to spend some time with family!"

The host went above and beyond in ensuring our room was set up to our satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping service provided during our three-night stay. While there are no on-site dining options, a nearby gas station is within walking distance. Additionally, the pet-friendly policy adds to the appeal of this establishment."

"Cute metal building conversion. There were plenty of places to sleep. Two twins, a double, and a queen. Queen was on wheels and we had adventures each time one of us would get on or off the bed. It ONLY moved 4-6 inches. LOL! Location was great. We appreciated the supply of tools to use at the Crater of Diamonds; just down the road a few minutes. When using the bathroom we’re made sure our waist and chests looked great! Haha. Overall, we’d stay again."

"Quiet beautiful setting"

"My family stayed here because the location was right on the path of totality of the eclispe. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit. We loved the screened patio. We were within an hour drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. The views of the lake, just a short walk away, were spectacular. Saw several eagles. My grandsons saw their first fireflies!"

"There is a lot of space to this house! Perfect for gathering of family. Nice large deck too. If you are planning to cook, lots of space in kitchen to spread out for prep and serving. Easy access to road and Daisy State Park. We had 3 vehicles and had more than enough room to park. Owner easy to communicate with."
