“We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. “The apartment was very nice and modern. Only complains i would have to give is the buckling floor in the kutchen but the owner communicated that its being fixed and the handle in the toliet would hang off everytime you flushed. But overall good experience! Would recommend and stay here again! Michell was very nice and respectful.”

“Cute old home is a quiet neighborhood. There was acrually a neighborhood block party while we were there! People grilling, children playing, mingling, etc. You can tell they are pround of their neighborhood, a nice area. It was within a 10 minute drive to most attractions in the city. “Perfect location to enjoy the historic district of St. Charles. We parked our vehicle in the back parking lot when we arrived, and our vehicle didn’t leave the parking lot until we were leaving to go home. We easily walked to all the shops, restaurants, and local events. Our suite was very clean. There is a bar next door which has a lot of night life while we were there for the weekend. The noise from the bar didn’t really bother us though. We will definitely stay here again.”

"Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
