"Checking in was very straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train station is very close by and a ton of shopping and food places are as well. Great hotel and the room was amazing. The breakfast had a huge variety and worth the money. I look forward to staying here again, when I come to Sapporo. 😊👍👍"

"First, not a VRBO property but an affiliate (RAKUTEN) which made communication with the host nearly impossible. The host did not provide the access code to the apartment before the stay. We were forced to reach out via phone to receive the access code (1 hour plus after arrival waiting in the entryway) A strong chemical smell upon entering the unit, had to open the windows to air it out.
