「非常滿意！酒店很多地方都是落地大玻璃，可以很清楚看到大自然的景色。酒店很舒服、很乾淨、也很美。服務人員很有禮貌、也很有善、英文也很好。」

「房间看得出旧的痕迹，但是鹤雅就是鹤雅，到了门口就感觉到高级，车开进来，就有服务员追过来帮忙拿行李，进门后帮我们擦轮子，送行李到房间，来的是一个小女生，行李好重我都不好意思了，大厅不大，他们总会在大厅升起爐火，我们可以要来免费的棉花糖烤着吃，大厅还有免费的竖琴演奏，高级。。房间是两张120床加一个榻榻米区还有一张按摩椅，不大，但是刚好足够，楼下的温泉当然是重头戏，户外两池，一池有顶可以挡雪，一池是石头砌的，在雪地里赏雪赏景，身体泡在热热的泉水里，高级。。早晚餐都是自助餐，没有会席料理能选，小小遗憾，还好自助餐提供的食物，精美又多样，总之，这是一个很满意的温泉之旅。」

「The owners Miku-san and Kota-San did a fantastic job building and furnishing the glamping villas. Truly a luxurious experience and fully decked out with unique one of a kind furniture pieces from travels. The staff is very considerate and kind they made the experience very enjoyable and wholesome.
