「We would stay here again. Enter Kita Akabane station as your starting point in google maps for train directions or it will sometimes send you to a station a much further walk away. Avoid the trains from 0700-1030 unless you love crowds…next level crowds. Grocery store, McDonalds and other restaurants by the station. AC worked good. Plenty hot water. 「昭和〜平成初期の中古マンションをリノベーションして宿泊施設として活用したホテル。家のような感覚で過ごすのが好きな人に良いと思います。 部屋によって当たり外れはあるかと思いますが、私が泊まった部屋はTVのリモコンが反応悪く電池切れ気味、電気ポットの底が焦げ付いていて異臭がする（前の宿泊者がラーメンでも沸かした？）、備え付けのフライパンや鍋の取っ手が無い、窓枠が黒カビだらけなどの難点はありましたが、それ以外は大変居心地良く、ベッドもバスルームもトイレも清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 近辺にホテルの無いエリアなので、三田線沿いのこの辺りに用事のある人には最適かと思います。」
