They have packs of good items you can used like the sweat napkin that helps you cool down your amrpit/nape, and wax paper that absorbs the oil in your face without ruining your makeup. There's a co-working space, kids drawing/toys area, a "welcome" drink station, ice cream, amenities station(e.g. toothbrush/wipes/etc), breakfast, tourist info for the area, slippers for the room and hotel, and even umbrellas for rent.
