The staff was great. The room was clean and well equipped. In winter, it could be good to provide more blankets in the rooms, as they are quite cold and I personally do not want to use the heater.

Great hotel

The hotel is really clean and right beside the station so it’s quick access. The room is quite nice and comfortable. It’s one of the nicer/nicest hotels I stayed in during my trip

Nice clean room. Good air filters and air conditioning. Polite staff. Located right by the train station, so easy to get to. Did not hear outside sounds in the room. Would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is 5 seconds away from Kitamoto Station, and 50 minutes away from Tokyo Station. Very convenient, quiet and nice. There is also a big hot bathtub, which helps you relax after a day of hard work.

Located in an excellent location, a minutes walk from Kitamoto Station. The spa is great. The breakfast buffet is okay. I would like some extra stuff for the buffet to make it closer to 10/10.

You can see the hotel from the platform when you get off the train...Friendly staff, good amenities, room is not as small than we think (15sq m) , love the FREE ramen very night. Breakfast was good (we pay at hotel). Food places and shopping on the opposite side of train station exit.

Need to be more tourist friendly.

The hotel was very comfortable. But it is not tourist friendly. What I mean by that is there should be more signs in English and in other foreign languages. Because at this time there are a lot of tourist Visting Japan. I speak fluent Japanese but I noticed that there should be songs in English.
