Hotel is walking distance to transport facilities like Karashimacho Tram Station and Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The shopping arcade which has food and convenience stores are also within walking distance.
However, despite the easy access to transport and shopping, the rooms seems to be generally a bit tighter. Hope that they can improve on the acknowledgement portion because they did not respond initially when I use contact property on Expedia. It was only after sending an email to Expedia which I then have the confirmation acknowledgement.

Very Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Offered very nice spa baths and sauna included in stay. Will absolutely stay here again.

Not suitable for travellers with cars, as the hotel does not cover the parking expenses.
Room size is a bit tight but clean.
