“THIS WAS ONE OF THE NICEST HOTELS I HAVE BEEN IN IN TH DR. RUEBEN AND HIS STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL.ROOMS WERE CLEAN,FOOD WAS GREAT, AND AMBIANCE WAS IMPECCABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.”

“Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.”

“Room was very spacious with a separate kitchen/dining, living room and bedroom. The amenities are great too - an amazing gym, lap pool and a rooftop restaurant! Nice short walk to the beach. Perfect location for a surfing holiday and reasonably priced. ”

“It was our 2nd stay in 3 months. It was just as wonderful the 2nd time. We absolutely love staying here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It’s only a 10 min walk to the grocery store, a 1 km walk on the beach to all the fun little restaurants and beach bars on Cabarete Beach and about the same in the other direction to Kite Beach. ”

“Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like……

“Stayed here many times , same employees . Only thing I can not get used to is no housekeeping and have to pay when you want clean towels ( 5 US dollars ). But everything is great , just overlook the loud traffic ”

“We just booked, Room.only, we didnt have no even one bottle o water as cortesy, coffe machine, no coffe or tea for cortesy, if we request toilet paper or aomething else, we had to pay for it.”

“The location is ideal, directly across the street from the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars. It can be noisy I didn’t experience soundproof rooms but the place is nice. There are two pools. Hot water was hot or miss. I would recommend this place if you need a nice, safe, affordable, clean room/bed in a great area of Cabarete.”

“I don't recommend people to stay in that apartment, the manager is so disrespectful he's not professional he can tell the customer what he feels like, he was forcing me to pay for taxi that I didn't see at the airport he even threatened to call the police on me for sure I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as well ”

“I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……
