Perfect house for a large family

This home was deceivingly large! We were so surprised when we walked in and kept finding hidden spaces! The porches were perfect for sitting outside and looking at the water in the morning and evening. The outside areas could use a bit of bleach cleaning on handles and such for the doors. One of the dishwashers does need to be repaired. It would have been handy to have both dishwashers with our large group. It is probably more difficult to get out of the driveway during peak times, but we loved the location and its closeness to the beach. We did not have any problems entering or exiting the driveway. Overall our stay in this home was pleasant.

Great house

House was great. We loved the three floors giving everyone space. Layout was awesome. Plenty of fridge space and one on each level was nice. Bathrooms were available on each floor and the game rooms were used constantly by kids/adults. As was the pool/hot tub area. Cleaning staff left a lot to be desired- it appeared they did little more than change sheets/lay out towels. Could have been a lot cleaner. We had to sweep and clean up at the beginning of our stay. Floors really needed a mopping- (kid's feet were filthy by the end of first day.) A handwritten note was left asking us to clean the house (sweep, vacuum, etc.) at the end of our stay. We did pick up after ourselves and kept the house quite tidy throughout the week but did not feel it was our job to do theirs- that they are paid to do. Maintenance of house - okay. Had many small issues like lightbulbs out, path to beach overgrown, sand in tubs, dishwasher not working (lucky they had two, black mold lining sliding doors/tracks of showers). Not sure if this was because no one reported these (including housekeeping.) We reported them in hopes future visitors would enjoy. Pool area used continually- kids loved it. Hot tub nice although the lid detracts from the appearance it -both lid and filter should be replaced. Again, the house was fantastic- the cleaning or lack of cleaning was disappointing!
