Comfortable and private home-feel-type modern apartment with one bedroom and one bath. Ground floor. Private space and separate entry. Perfect for couples. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.

Cozy one-bedroom and one-bath apartment on the ground floor. Private entry and the entire place to yourself. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed a two night stay here, the hot tub is a bonus! Nice firm mattress, cozy kitchenette which allowed us to store, reheat and prepare foods. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well as he had a back yard to explore. Location was ideal for the activities we planned. Overall 10/10!

Better than a hotel Room

The place was exactly as described and very clean. The neighborhood is so nice and close to the sound and a beautiful walking trail. Nice backyard for our dog. Would definitely highly recommend

Get away at the beach

My son and grandkids and in-laws rent a place on the beach side . This place with its gardens and privacy and easy access, beautiful location and beautiful place will come back just because of this and I’m not even a fan of the beach. But love the neighborhood on the Bayside absolutely nice

Great stay in the Outer Banks

Stayed for 3 nights, the apartment is in a good location near the main road but far enough off that you don't get all the road noise. The place is super cute and perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. It was also super clean, no complaints at all. Very happy with my choice to stay here for my long weekend in the Outer Banks! Thanks Necla.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! You do need to drive to the beach but there is parking available if you get there early. I only gave the location/neighborhood 4 stars just because it is sort of off a large busy road, but it was nice that we were able to walk to restaurants! The apartment was the perfect size, and the outdoor shower/area is great. I would just suggest bringing extra blankets and bath towels but besides that we had everything we could possibly need provided for us on the property. Check-in and check-out was as easy as could be and we got to hang out with her sweet kitty cat! As a crazy cat girl this was a special bonus. Overall, it was a great stay and nice get away- I would definitely recommend this property.

2 night stay with husband and pup.

A great location! Friendly and accommodating host. The place has everything you need for a short stay. Clean and cute decorations. The property is beautiful with all the roses. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was very warm and clean. Just down the street is the beach, if you can walk and run across a large highway, but basically, you can find parking on off times. I recommend using the bikes they have to get to the beach. Parking next to Awful Arthur’s is a clue. Get there early for sunrises.For sunsets, 3 blocks away is the Wright brothers path. It’s very pretty and very safe there as well.

We loved our stay.. everything was great besides the fact that I initially asked the owner if I got a few decorations sent could she set them up because I was surprising my partner for his birthday .. she said yes. Then I check in with her about a week before to make sure that’s still okay before I order them and now she can’t. That was a little frustrating but overall we loved the place, the area, the parking.. just be aware the listing says you will have the whole place to yourself and that is not the case . You get the ground floor to yourself, but the owner lives above and there’s another housing type building right behind you in the backyard that people can stay in as well, it was a little deceiving for me as I thought we would be completely alone during our stay. BUT no issues with the people at all , everyone was really kind .. even got to meet the owner. Hot tub was exceptional . Again- 5 stars! She even let us check out later than the expected time AND offered an additional night at a lower cost - highly recommend.

We were greeted by the owner and felt very welcomed. Not real fancy but very comfortable and clean. It was close to all the places we visited during 3 day stay. Would highly recommend this to a couple that wants a comfy stay.
