The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.
We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.
