Below Average Quality & Comfort
The exterior of the home is beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were great features for our family. However, when spending so much money I expected better quality. The king and queen sized mattresses had what appeared to be blood stains or bodily fluid stains, there were no pillow protectors, the shower liners had mildew and dried soap stains, the AC unit was so loud that we could not use it during sleeping hours despite having pets with us, the dog gate on the top porch was removed off the hinges so we had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs to use for our dogs safety, there were piles of dog hair swept under the beds, the blinds were caked with dust, the screened in porch windows were all full of cobwebs and dead spiders, the hallway walls were full of scratches/dents/double-sided tape, and the rental company did not leave us hand soap or additional trash bags. To top things off, the door in the kitchen leading to the exterior deck would not even open, so we had to use the screened in porch slider. I’m not sure this rental is renter-ready yet, and I hope improvements are made to better the experience for others.
