“The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other……

“Desde el momebtobque entramos al cuarto era obviobque olia a cigarro. No hay nadie en recepcion que pueda ayudar. Al otro dia nonquisieron cambiarnos el cuarto y solo despues de quejarnos con expedia y con la administracion ofrecieron cambiarnos pero pagando la limpieza de 100 euros por el primer cuarto. El 3 dia no funcionaba la chapa y nuevamente como no hay personal en la recepcion no pudieron darnos una solucion. Se tuvo que saltar mi hijo por la ventana del primer piso para abrirnos desde……

“The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five……

“My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The beds were comfortable, the location beautiful, the breakfast delicous and the after dinner schnaps very much enjoyed. Markus and Micel are two of the best hosts you'll every find, kind, gracious and accomadating. We can't wait to……
