"This apartment staff wasnt attentive. They supposed to text me earlier but they didnt send me how to check in and etc before the check in time. Regardless of what time i will be arriving, they should text me earlier or send me instruction on check in. I was only replied when i texted them at 5pm infront of the property, they sent me some forms to fill which I did. ( this is the 4th time staying in this apartment ) apparently what others will do is, they would email me as soon as i booked the...
