“Everything form this place was top notch Excellent!! With particular Front Desk agent who checked us in his name is Alex he provided beyond excellency of Customer Service!! The only thing we experienced was not good was we have received a restaurant charges on our bill which I always paid my credit card physically at the restaurant register and never charged to our room but the staff refunded all the restaurant charges to my card was charged to our room. “We are unhappy with the expedia policy of not listing handicap accessibility for the rooms. We were unable to obtain handicapped accessable room that included shower and grab bars. The hotel told use that because we booked thru 3rd party (expedia) they couldn't accomodate our needs. Very unhappy with expedia.”
