「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。早餐多士嚴重燒焦。房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝，非常嘔心反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口任何人都可出入），根本冇窗，因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. 」

「I have stayed twice at the Talardy when my dad has been in hospital. The staff are amazing, very caring and quick to help. The first time I stayed in the main building, this time in the annex. Both are very good, and I appreciated the air con as I arrived in a heat wave. The rooms are very clean and roomy. The breakfasts are cooked fresh and very filling. 「Angie and Charly could not have been more welcoming, The position was spectacular overlooking the valley set in a lovely garden, The rooms very tastefully decorated with large proportions. If in the area again we would definitely stay again.」

「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「We stayed one night in the chapel in room 1 downstairs, room spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy and good selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. No view from the widow but plenty of light and you can use the communal area if you wanted more space. 「Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.」
