「Very sketchy place to stay. Stayed one night out of 4. Then found another hotel. Still waiting to get out refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND 」

「The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum...

「Room was clean and comfortable. Safe spot for mom and child traveling together. Parking was easy, right outside the door. All indoor access to rooms. Staff was absolutely amazing! Loving the upgrades that are coming to this property! It's motel 6, they'll leave the light on for you!」

「Room was very cold even with heater going on 80. Had to ask for towels as well as was double charged on a night which was told was prior authorization and it still took 79 off my card additional. Will not be returning.」

「The pool was broke so was the hot tub there was dirty bathroom floors and after paying 700 plus on rooms when our cat got lost and my son had to stay in property to find him after check out they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel and feel as if they were very rude to my son.」

「The hotel was ok. Nothing spectacular. We usually stay at the hotel across the street because it costs less, but wanted to give this one a try because it does have a higher star rating. It is decent and nothing was terrible. It's just not as nice as the one we normally stay at for less money.」

「While it appears to be a renovated older property, it is clean, well maintained and safe. I enjoyed my stay, and would have given a higher rating if I had been given the walk-in shower room as requested. Being disabled made it too exhausting to set settled in one room and then transfer to another. Great restaurants nearby, hamdy to John Wayne Airport, minimal to no traffic noise, and the self-serve snacks, beverages and laundry were a plus.」
