Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a reunion with friends, or a business trip, our home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. We also accommodate longer stays for folks who may be moving to, working in, or simply visiting family in the area for a period of time.

Space Highlights:

• Spacious Living: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature comfortable hybrid king mattresses, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds with trundles, perfect for kids or additional guests. This room also includes a TV with gaming hub capability. All bedrooms are located upstairs, with the twin beds in a loft-style format. Each bedroom is appointed with smart TVs and an abundance of comfortable linens, blankets and pillows.
• Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along! Our home is designed to be welcoming for pets, with plenty of space for them to roam and play. We do ask that you review and agree to a few guidelines to preserve the home's comfort and enjoyability for all guests.
• Modern Amenities: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in the living room and all four bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers an air fryer, toaster, high-quality blender, Ninja coffee maker with single-serve and carafe options, gas range, and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water—perfect for home-cooked meals or a quick breakfast before you head out.
• Luxurious Bathrooms: The master bathroom features a soaking tub, double sinks, and a full walk-in closet, along with plush towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a makeup mirror. The guest bathroom offers a full tub/shower, plush towels, and the same high-quality toiletries and makeup mirror, along with kids' shampoo/body wash
• Additional Amenities: For your convenience, the home includes an iron, hairdryer, and a pack ’n play. The washer and dryer are accessible to guests, with some laundry soap to get you started.
• Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the spacious deck with outdoor seating and a Blackstone grill, ideal for evening barbecues or morning coffee while enjoying the serene surroundings. There’s also comfortable seating on the front porch. The large fenced backyard faces a beautiful country setting, perfect for pets, children, and outdoor activities. We've even provided some outdoor games!
• Convenient Location: Nestled in the sought-after Northshore Choto area, you’ll be just a short drive from local shops, restaurants, parks, and entertainment options. Farragut and Turkey Creek are easily accessible, providing convenience to shopping, entertainment and plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Choto also offers its own shopping center with a pharmacy, Weigels gas station, nail salon, and a few favorite local eateries.
• Accessibility Note: Please be aware that there are stairs to enter the home.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including laundry facilities. We do have two locked owner's closets that we ask our guests please respect. Our home is equipped with a keyless entry system for your convenience and security.

Neighborhood Overview:

Northshore Choto is known for its upscale, tranquil environment and friendly community. Enjoy leisurely strolls through the neighborhood, take advantage of nearby parks and recreational areas, including The Cove, where they have water activities, including boat, kayak and paddle board rentals.

Getting Around:

While having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area, ride-sharing services are readily available. The neighborhood’s central location provides easy access to major highways and public transportation options. Our home is just a short 20 minute drive to McGhee Tyson Airport, 25 minutes to Downtown Knoxville, and just 1 hour to Dollywood, known as the Disneyland of the South!

Additional Information:

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Flexible times may be available upon request.
• House Rules: No smoking inside the house. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Guests have full access to all but two locked linen closets for owner's use--we ask that guests please respect the locked spaces.

Host is available by message through the Airbnb platform and will respond promptly whenever possible

We ask that guests traveling with pets please include them in the reservation at time of booking. Pet responsibilities include:
-Pets must be kept off the carpeted areas of home
-All unattended pets must be crated, and never left alone in backyard or to roam free in home
-Please bag and dispose of all pet waste in outside trash bin
-Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles
-Trash collection is Tuesdays and we ask that guests please walk the can to end of driveway for curb pickup if their stay falls on a Monday night
-No additional guests allowed without written permission from hosts and guests of all ages must be disclosed at booking
-Any pets must be disclosed at time of reservation (pet fee applies)
-Pet waste must be collected and disposed of immediately
-Pets are not to be left unattended inside the home unless crated, and shouldn't be left outside if guests aren't home
-Access for seasonal yard care must be granted when needed (weekly mowing of front and backyard, etc.)
-Air conditioner is to be set no lower than 75 degrees when house is unoccupied and all doors should be locked, windows secured with all shades drawn when house is unoccupied
-Air conditioner is to be set no lower than 68 degrees at any given time while house is occupied
-Heater is to be set at 65 degrees when house is unoccupied and all doors should be locked, windows secured with all shades drawn when house is unoccupied
-Heater is to be set no higher than 75 degrees when house is occupied
-Maximum of 3 cars to be parked on premises
-Cars may be parked in garage/carport (if applicable) and driveway, never on lawn
-No parties or large gatherings allowed on premises
