The owner removed them but didn’t control their return. The photos of the room was very misleading in the size..”

“L’hotel è molto caro, ma non vale i soldi spesi. Le camere sono standard, non tanto grandi; per andare a letto da una parte è molto stretto e non si può fare a meno di pestare la tenda, che è quindi piuttosto sporca. I battiscopa e il muro, soprattutto del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, perché sono scrostati. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori esterni. Per fortuna il personale è molto gentile e la colazione è buona e varia. Non ci tornerei assolutamente. Per……

“Beautiful room with the most amazing view. Eating a delicious breakfast on our terrace was just heavenly. The staff here are wonderful, they couldn’t be more helpful, but never in an intrusive way. I’d like to give a special mention to Tracey who greeted us with a smile and answered all our queries. The only minor niggle for us was that after a week of travel we had planned to do our laundry here but they are not currently offering a laundry service however we did find a self service……

“Very welcoming and helpful hosts”

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel with room patios that have a spectacular view overlooking the knysna heads. It is set on top of a hill but an easy walk to the mall and waterfront restaurants (not such an easy walk back!) Although the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are a strange shape, and it would have been better to have a sofa in the room instead of the swivel chairs. Also, the bathroom door should be of full length instead of 3/4 length for privacy. Breakfasts were amazing and……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Bollard House on Leisure Isle while traveling the Garden Route. Great location, other guests who seem to return often were helpful and welcoming as was our host Mike, who along with his staff served a delicious breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Easy to visit Plett, Robberg Nature Preserve, the Heads, and the Elephant Sanctuary. Wonderful stay!”
