"Absolutely everything about this resort is perfect. The staff can not do enough for you. They know what you need before you do. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, the ac is excellent. Great location to try other restaurants if you want. Beach is great for walking along or swimming in the ocean. There are two pools, with plenty of loungers. The staff does a good job of monitoring reserved chairs ( not allowed). Gym is excellent. Truly paradise."

Pros: Clean, spacious room Amazing shower with great views Decent breakfast buffet Transport companies were outside the door most hours Reliable laundry service Clean gym, nice Muay Thai class offering Nice spa Cons: DO NOT ORDER TAXI FROM THEM. They ordered a cab (when we had to make a boat) that arrived 20 minutes late, crammed us in with tons of people and the cab smelled of cigarettes, and they dropped our bag on the street. We could have gotten our own private transport that was outside the door for less money. When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
