「I'm 74 years old,and was looking forward to a wonderful vacation in Thailand. Recently retired,I had heard about Vrbo as an alternative to hotels. After researching the area I wanted to stay in, I found a condominium in a high rise complex called the Riviera. I booked it, paid for it in full, and was given a confirmation number. My instructions were to contact the host to make arrangements for checking in. After a long 2 day flight, I arrived in Bangkok and texted the host. Her reply was please...

「Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here.」

「房間對出是工地，蠻多沙塵及噪音。位置還是不錯，步行到沙灘還是蠻方便的。房間的裝橫已有點舊，但以這個價錢來說性價比高」

「the room was clean and a good bed」

「Alt næsten godt, fik ikke vand hver dag som lovet. Der var 2 flasker vand da vi kom og ikke mere」

「The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. I lock everything and make sure the door is locked ( afterall my valuables were in there) so I know I didn't...

「The room was a little small at 26, but it was fine for one person.The room got sunlight in the morning and was in the shade in the afternoon.For laundry, there was a coin laundry a 3-minute motorbike ride away.There was a sauna on site.However, the men's room was under maintenance, but I was able to use the women's.The view from the balcony had a good view of the pool.Since we were on the sixth floor, there were hardly any mosquitoes.Once the light almost went out, but they replaced it quickly.」

「The room is very good value for money, close to the beach and the pedestrian street. The kitchen is very convenient for cooking or heating up food brought back from outside. Of course, the small balcony outside the room is closer to nature. The inconvenience is that the check-in place is hard to find. There is no check-in hall or counter. The entrance to the building is a driveway.」
