Everything worked fine and there were no issues until February 20th when a day long rain storm resulted in water entering the main floor through a ceiling pot light and water running down the interior wall behind the wall mounted tv set. "Great location, beautiful place, and beautiful sunsets visible from the pool or restaurant, both of which are right on the beach. ATM and 24-hour convenience store is a 2-min walk. Right next door is a massage parlour that rents motorbikes. Everything at your fingertips. Well away from the roads, so it’s nice and quiet as well. Alchemy cafe is just down the road. The nearest town is perhaps 10 min away by motorbike. And the staff are incredibly helpful. ❤️❤️"

"Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough."

"A truly wonderful place. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which felt very private and was stunning. Tips - there are about 100 steps from top to bottom and the rooms don’t interconnect and are separate from each other but once you get your head round that it’s great. The pool is a good size and we loved the downstairs kitchen and sitting area by the pool. The main pool is vast with plenty of beds and we had dinner on the beach one night which was lovely. Nice cocktail bar by the pool at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
